In this breath tutorial, you will learn the foundations of Bhastrika Pranayama, a powerful yogic breathing technique designed to build heat, increase vitality, and awaken mental clarity. Often called the “Bellows Breath,” Bhastrika uses strong, rhythmic inhales and exhales to stoke inner fire, clear stagnant energy, and strengthen the respiratory system.

This grounding Yin practice explores the first principle of Yin Yoga which is to “Find your edge”. Through long-held, mindful postures, you will be guided to gently explore the subtle boundary between sensation and strain, effort and ease. Rather than pushing or forcing, this practice invites deep listening. You will learn to honor your body’s signals, soften into appropriate intensity, and cultivate patience within stillness.

This nurturing self-massage meditation is a sacred pause designed specifically for women who long to soften, reconnect, and feel at home within themselves.
Through intentional touch and guided awareness, you will be led through a full-body ritual that releases stored tension, melts emotional weight, and awakens your natural feminine rhythm.
Beginning with the face and jaw, moving through the heart and shoulders, and settling deeply into the belly and womb space, this practice invites you to honor your cycles, your sensitivity, and your innate wisdom.
No props required. Just your hands, and a safe, supportive, uninterrupted space where you can switch off and relax.

In this short 10 minute guided breath and meditation practice, you will be supported to let go of tension, stress or limiting beliefs, and create space in your mind and body to receive a sense of calm energy and abundance.

This meditation invites you into deep connection with the Maga archetype, the autumn season of a woman’s life.
Traditionally spanning the ages of around 50-70, this is a time of profound transformation, where a woman begins to gather and embody the wisdom of all she has lived.
This is a powerful practice for personal reflection, especially during seasonal transitions like Autumn and Winter - times that call us inward to honour endings, integration, and gratitude for the harvest.
Through this journey, you are invited to sit with the Maga. To listen, receive and remember the wisdom that exists within you.
Journal Prompts:
• What did the Maga share or reveal to me?
What am I letting go of this season?
• What wisdom am I reclaiming?
Creative Expression:
Draw the Maga’s image or any vision you experienced in her autumn landscape. Let your intuition guide what wants to be expressed.
So often, we move through our day unconsciously holding tension in the body (this may be physically, mentally, or emotionally). This muscle relaxation exercise helps to reduce stress, tension and anxiety in your body by having you slowly and actively tense, then release your muscles. During the practice, each muscle should be tensed, but not to the point of strain. If you have any injuries or pain, you can simply skip over the affected areas.
*Please refrain from tensing the belly and pelvis/womb space if you are currently pregnant.

A deeply nourishing restorative practice designed to support your digestive system and gently regulate the nervous system. Through long-held, supported postures, pranayama, and intentional stillness, this class invites the body to shift out of “fight or flight” and into a parasympathetic state where true healing and digestion can occur.

Virata (sometimes referred to as a shaking meditation) is a somatic, body-centered practice designed to release stored tension, stress, emotion and trauma from the nervous system. The purpose is to get out of your head and into your body, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system to discharge accumulated tension and emotion, similar to how animals shake after a threatening event. This is a shake from the inside, out! It has nothing to do with performing or dancing.
I highly recommend doing this to LOUD music, if you can! Here is a Spotify playlist I have created to enhance your experience: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/70GlkBBIKx6SQ718aeO7TU?si=pnDh_CPJTYiD6iEZw0NRag

This 20-minute walking meditation is a guided journey of conscious transformation through intentional movement. By synchronising breath with slow, deliberate steps, you shift from autopilot into embodied awareness. This practice moves through grounding in the present moment, releasing what no longer serves you, cultivating intentional growth, and expanding into a felt sense of support from the world around you. Each step becomes both an anchor and a declaration - a devotion to the person you are becoming.

This nourishing Yin Yoga class is created especially for women transitioning through perimenopause - a season of shifting hormones, changing rhythms, and deep inner recalibration. Through long-held, supported postures and grounding pranayama, we will soothe the nervous system, support joint health, and create space in areas often affected by hormonal fluctuation such as the hips, pelvis, lower back, and heart. Beyond the physical, this practice honors perimenopause as a powerful threshold - an invitation to listen more deeply, conserve energy wisely, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
