Autumn Equinox (March 2026)
In this replay of our live Autumn Equinox Gathering, we move through a gentle and nourishing practice of yin yoga, pranayama and kriya. This practice is an invitation to pause and honour what has come to fruition in your life, and consciously release and let go of what is ready to fall away, as we transition into the darker half of the year.
During the practice, you will be guided through some Autumn Equinox inspired reflection prompts that you may like to journal about before or after class. Such as:
What has come to fruition in my life over the past season that I feel grateful for?
What lessons or growth can I harvest from the experiences of the past few months?
What am I ready to gently release or let fall away, like leaves from a tree?
Where in my life am I being invited to restore balance and harmony?
What intentions feel aligned as I move into the quieter, more inward season ahead?
Please have a bolster, cushion, blanket, journal or any other supports that you like to have close by.
I have intentionally created a Spotify Music Playlist to compliment this practice, which you can access here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1keBTye4XJ0aToEOtY57Gf?si=95e4xfc9RYCckABw2euG8A

Through gentle pranayama and mindful awareness, we ground and regulate the nervous system, creating stability amidst the amplified and often intense energies of the lunar eclipse.
Journal Prompts:
What is my life has come full circle?
What metaphorical “harvest” can I give thanks for?
What am I finally ready to be done with?

Year of the Fire Horse (February 2026)
2026 welcomes us into the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful combination of movement and vitality. Horse energy is bold, courageous and forward-facing, inviting us to take up space, follow our truth, and move with confidence in the direction of our soul’s calling. The Fire element adds in passion, heat and activation, encouraging us to step into visibility, leadership and embodied action.
This marks a clear shift from the Year of the Snake (2025), which was all about introspection, shedding old skins, releasing karmic cycles and moving slowly and strategically. Snake energy asked us to listen deeply and turn inwards. Horse, by contrast, asks us to move, to trust the momentum we’ve built, take inspired action, and carry our wisdom and knowing forward into the world.
This practice is an opportunity to consciously cross that threshold.
Together, we will move through energising Pranayama (breathwork), Kriya, and a guided meditation designed to awaken and fire up our energy body, and invite in those qualities that the year of the Horse carries - freedom, momentum, expansion and forward movement.
*This practice is recommended to do on an empty stomach. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Lammas Yoga Nidra (January 2026)
In this live recording of our Lammas Gathering, I guide a gentle yoga nidra practice to align with the energy of this season - the midway point between Summer and Autumn.
Lammas is a time of gathering, reflection and gratitude - honouring what has grown in our lives over the Summer season.
So go ahead and set yourself up in your yoga nidra cocoon, using as many props and supports as you need to feel cozy and comfortable (cushions, blankets, eye pillow etc), put on your favourite relaxation music and allow the sound of my voice to guide you.
Some optional questions for reflection/journaling:
What has come into fruition in my life so far this year?
What currently nourishes me the most?
What abundance already exists in my life that I may have overlooked?
What simple pleasures ground me right now?
