Meeting the Maga Archetype
This meditation invites you into deep connection with the Maga archetype, the autumn season of a woman’s life.
Traditionally spanning the ages of around 50-70, this is a time of profound transformation, where a woman begins to gather and embody the wisdom of all she has lived.
This is a powerful practice for personal reflection, especially during seasonal transitions like Autumn and Winter - times that call us inward to honour endings, integration, and gratitude for the harvest.
Through this journey, you are invited to sit with the Maga. To listen, receive and remember the wisdom that exists within you.

Goddess Kali Mantra Meditation
The Hindu goddess Kali emerges as a formidable force, a symbol of fierce transformation and liberation. Kali's essence transcends the conventional understanding of divinity urging us to confront our fears and embrace the raw, unfiltered truth of our existence. In this practice we will invoke the energy and essence of the goddess Kali through sacred mantra & meditation.
Kali's Mantra - "Om Krim Kalikaye Namaha"
"Om" the sacred sound that represents the universe and all of creation.
"Krim" is the sound of the goddess's energy.
"Kalikaye" is a reference to Kali.
"Namaha" means "I bow to you".

Goddess Lakshmi Mantra Meditation
The Hindu goddess Lakshmi is associated with wealth, prosperity, beauty and abundance. Through her, we can explore the deeper dimensions of abundance beyond material wealth, but rather the richness that exists within our hearts and souls. In this practice we will invoke the energy and essence of the goddess Lakshmi through her sacred mantra & meditation.
Lakshmi's Mantra - "Om Shreem Maha Lakshmi Namaha" means "My salutations or adoration to the great Lakshmi".

Goddess Lakshmi Yoga Nidra
In this practice of yoga nidra, we will explore the energy and symbolism of Goddess Lakshmi - the embodiment of abundance, prosperity, and peace.
Through visualization, intention, and mindful awareness, we invite Lakshmi’s powerful presence to flow within, opening the doors to inner richness and harmony.
Allow yourself to surrender fully as you journey inward, creating space for deep nourishment and the gentle unfolding of abundance in all areas of your life.
Please note if you are over 30 weeks pregnant, when practicing yoga nidra it is advised that you lie on your left side, supporting your head and knees with cushions or a bolster.

The Goddess Kali, often depicted with a garland of skulls and a sword, embodies the primal energy of destruction and creation. She invites us to see beyond her external symbolism and recognise her as a catalyst for inner awakening and change. In Kali's dance of destruction, she invites us to shed the layers of ego and illusion, allowing the authentic self to emerge. In this practice we will move through powerful kriya, mantra and breathwork to confront our own shadows within, and release that which no longer serves our highest good.

Meeting the Crone

Meeting the Maiden
This guided meditation is a gentle invitation to connect with the Maiden Archetype. The Maiden woman is the embodiment of youthful curiosity, fresh starts, innocence, sensual awakening, and inner freedom.
The Maiden represents the early phase of a woman’s life, from birth to around age 25, or the time before childbirth. She is the energy of becoming, playful, open-hearted, and full of possibility.
Duration: 10 minutes
Best Practiced: At dawn, during your follicular phase, during the season of spring, or anytime you’re seeking clarity, inspiration, or a fresh beginning.Setting Your Space
