Class Descriptions

  • A woman practicing yoga indoors, seated on a decorative rug on the floor with her eyes closed, arms raised and hands pressed together in a prayer position above her head, surrounded by two potted plants.

    Shakti Flow

Shakti Flow is our signature class and is designed to awaken the feminine energy and Shakti power within your body. This holistic practice includes vinyasa and hatha style yoga postures, pranayama, kriya, womb-yoga, tantric energy work, mantra, mudra and meditation. This class aims to create an experience that is deeply connected and powerful for women.

  • A woman with dark hair in a ponytail, eyes closed, wearing a beige sleeveless top and a wooden beaded necklace, holding a lit wooden stick burnt at the end, sitting in a room with a large green plant and a red candle on a table in the background.

    Pranayama

Our breath has the potential to completely shift our energy and mood, expand our consciousness and create deep states of calm and relaxation in the mind and body. In our pranayama classes, you will experience a range of breath work techniques that will allow you to observe the cosmic force of your breath and the control of prana, the vital life-force energy within you.

  • A woman practicing yoga in the child's pose position on a patterned yoga mat, with her arms extended forward and hands resting on yoga blocks, indoors with a potted plant nearby.

    Yin Yoga

In our yin yoga classes we work with the physical, emotional and energetic body through longer held postures, myofascial release, breathing techniques and meditation. There is a focus on releasing tension and stress through the fascia, ligaments, joints, and energetic meridian lines. Space for stillness and introspection is created to allow for emotions to be seen or felt, and enhance a sense of deep presence within self.

  • A woman laying on her back on a yoga mat, eyes closed, with her arms resting on the floor. The setting appears to be a peaceful indoor space with candles, plants, and spiritual objects on a table behind her.

    Restorative Yoga

As women, we have multiple roles to play which can leave us feeling overwhelmed, depleted and exhausted. Our restorative yoga classes are designed to provide you with a deeply nourishing and relaxing experience, with a strong focus on healing and tending to the nervous system. Restorative yoga is a form of mindful rest, where we encourage the use of props to support the body, and move out of the constant doing and into a state of simply being.

  • Woman with long dark hair, wearing a black sleeveless top and a beaded necklace, sitting with hands on her chest, eyes closed, possibly meditating or praying, with plants in the background.

    Meditation & Mantra

As we go deeper into our meditation practice, we unlock hidden realms of wisdom, intuition and a connection to something greater than oneself. It is through meditation that we awaken to our true essence and experience a profound interconnectedness with nature and the universe. Through our guided meditations, mantra meditations and yoga nidra practices, you will embark on a sacred journey of self-discovery, spritiual expansion and inner peace.
