Individualising your Yoga Practice

For some women, practicing yoga in a private setting or at-home can allow for deeper relaxation and introspection, without the distractions or expectations of a group class. Whether you are new to yoga or hold an advanced practice, my 1:1 sessions are tailored to your unique needs and preferences as a woman.

Individualised practices are designed to help you build your confidence and comfort level with yoga, expand on your current practice and deepen your connection with self. I can modify and create sequences that accomodate physical limitations, illness, injuries, time contraints and address issues specific to women’s health e.g. the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum & menopause.

I have space available in 2026 to work 1:1 with women online as a mentor and guide. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may include Sadhana (daily spiritual practice), yogic teachings, philosophy and techniques to support you in your life as a cyclical woman.
