Yin Yoga for the Luteal Phase
The luteal phase is our inner autumn of the menstrual cycle, the time between ovulation and menstruation that typically lasts around 10 to 14 days. During this phase, hormonal fluctuations can lead to a range of physical and emotional sensations such as fatigue, bloating, mood shifts, breast tenderness, irritability, heightened sensitivity, and increased hunger.
If you're feeling any of these things - you are not alone. This practice was lovingly created for this moment in the cycle, to offer you space to slow down, listen in, and support yourself with gentleness and ease.
In this nourishing yin yoga practice, we will focus on encouraging healthy blood flow and chi (energy) around the pelvis and womb space, while helping to relieve tension, calm the nervous system, and regulate emotions through stillness and breath.

✍️ Journaling Prompts:
What emotions are coming up for me right now? (without judgment)
What no longer feels aligned or supportive in my life?
How can I protect my energy more consciously this week?
What would support me in feeling grounded and safe right now?
This practice is a reminder that even in the uncomfortable or messy moments, there is wisdom within your cycle and deep power in giving yourself permission to rest. Take care x
