Spring Cleaning Yin

Welcome the energy of Spring with this gentle yin yoga practice designed to help you shake off the winter slumber, release stagnant energy, clear emotional clutter, and create space for renewal. Just as we cleanse our homes in spring, this practice invites you to cleanse your body, mind, and spirit.

Through slow, deep holds, yin yoga encourages the release of tension and old patterns held in the connective tissues and fascia. We will be focusing on opening the liver and gallbladder meridians specifically, which in Traditional Chinese Medicine are associated with spring, detoxification and flexibility.
