Beltane Yin
Join me for a deeply grounding yin yoga practice inspired by the ancient Celtic festival of Beltane - a celebration of fertility, renewal, and the vibrant fire of life.
As the wheel of the year turns and the earth bursts into bloom, this practice invites us to slow down, connect inward, and awaken our inner fire.
In this class, we will explore long-held yin postures that open the heart & hips - the parts of the body most associated with creativity, passion, and growth.
Duration: 55 mins
Best time to practice: During Beltane (30th October-1st November in the Southern Hemisphere/30th April-1st May in the Northern Hemisphere), early morning or early evening
Prop suggestions: A bolster, yoga blocks and a folded blanket to place under the knees or pelvis
