Seasons of the Breath

Welcome to this gentle pranayama practice to connect to the seasons of your breath. Much like nature, our own breath cycle has four distinct phases. In this practice we will explore the energetic qualities of each part of the breath cycle (the inhale, inhale retention, exhale, and exhale retention) and how they mimic the seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
