Find Your Edge

This grounding Yin practice explores the first principle of Yin Yoga which is to “Find your edge”. Through long-held, mindful postures, you will be guided to gently explore the subtle boundary between sensation and strain, effort and ease. Rather than pushing or forcing, this practice invites deep listening. You will learn to honor your body’s signals, soften into appropriate intensity, and cultivate patience within stillness.
