Summer Solstice Flow
In the Southern Hemisphere, we celebrate the Summer Solstice - also known as Litha - on December 21st, when the sun reaches its southernmost point in the sky. This marks the longest day and shortest night of the year, a powerful solar celebration of light, vitality, and abundance.
As the sun shines at its peak, we are invited to honour the fire within, to celebrate all that has come to fruition over the past year and to stand in the full radiance of our personal power, joy, and creative potential.
Join me in this vibrant, heart-led Shakti flow, designed for you to tap into the fiery, expansive energy of Litha. We will move with intention, honouring the light within and around us, giving thanks for the growth, transformation, and abundance that have unfolded through the turning of the seasons.

๐ Invocation: The Gayatri Mantra
We begin our practice with the sacred Gayatri Mantra, a traditional Vedic chant that calls in divine light and clarity. Recite it with reverence, or simply listen and receive:
Om Bhur Bhuvah Swah
Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi
Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat
โWe meditate on the glory of the radiant sun; may it illuminate our minds.โ
