Moorchitta Pranayama
Moorchitta Pranayama is a subtle, yet powerful breath technique to cultivate a sense of lightness and stillness in the body and mind. Through this practice we cleanse and awaken at Anja Chakra (the third eye), Vishudda Chakra (the throat) and Anahata (the heart). This breathing technique invokes a deep sense of peace, presence and ease in the mind, and is a great practice to do prior to meditation.
