Winter Rest Yoga Nidra

Welcome to this winter-inspired Yoga Nidra practice, a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and tune into the quiet, nurturing energy of this season. Winter calls us inward, offering the perfect space for deep rest, reflection, and restoration.

As you prepare for this practice, take a few moments to create a cozy, supportive space, perhaps with warm blankets, cushions, or soft lighting. Allow yourself to be fully held and comfortable, so you can truly surrender into rest.

In this guided journey, we’ll explore the magic of winter’s stillness, inviting deep relaxation, inner warmth, and a sense of quiet renewal.

No effort is needed, just lie back, listen, and allow yourself to receive.

  • Please note if you are over 30 weeks pregnant, when practicing yoga nidra it is advised that you lie on your left side, supporting your head and knees with cushions or a bolster.
