Star Constellation Nidra
This Yoga Nidra practice draws inspiration from the night sky, using star constellations as symbolic anchors to guide you through layers of deep rest, inner awareness, and elemental connection. Each constellation becomes a point of focus, inviting stillness, spaciousness, and a sense of wonder as you journey inward.
Rooted in the sacred practice of ‘Tara’s Yoga Nidra of Elemental Integration’ from Yoni Shakti by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, this guided meditation honors the cyclical, feminine rhythms of nature and the cosmos. Through visualization, body awareness, and the subtle breath, we open a pathway to profound relaxation and inner harmony.
Please note if you are over 30 weeks pregnant, when practicing yoga nidra it is advised that you lie on your left side, supporting your head and knees with cushions or a bolster.
