Sunrise Yin

Begin your day with intention, clarity, and grounded vitality. In this 50-minute practice, we will consciously align our energy with the rising sun, using the awakening qualities of yang-style yin yoga to stimulate the body, mind, and spirit.

This sequence includes more active and energising yin postures, held with mindful awareness, to awaken the meridian lines, promote energetic flow, and gently stretch the deeper layers of fascia. As the sun rises externally, we will invite a gentle inner awakening, cultivating openness, alertness, and ease to carry into the rest of the day.
