Heart Awakening Flow
Welcome to this gentle and deeply grounding class created for women to soften, open, and reconnect with the heart space - Anahata.
This practice invites us to move with intention and loving awareness, cultivating a sense of compassion, presence, and emotional ease both on and off the mat.
Through slow, mindful movement, heart-opening postures, and conscious breath, we create stability in the body while encouraging openness through the chest and shoulders. The focus is on moving with kindness toward yourself, listening inward, honoring your rhythm, and allowing the heart to lead.
