Full Moon Blessings! In this guided meditation we will be working with the powerful and potent energy of the full moon to shift and release anything that is no longer serving you.

Some journal prompts and reflection questions you might like to use during this time:

What patterns or habits do I want to release or let go of during this full moon cycle? Write down any toxic behaviours or negative thoughts that you want to release and make a plan for how you will move forward.

What insights or messages did I receive during this meditation? Pay attention to any signs, synchronicities, or gut feelings that are guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your path.

What am I feeling grateful for during this full moon? Take a moment to express gratitude for all of the blessings in your life and reflect on the abundance that surrounds you.
