Fire Element Pranayama

Ignite your inner flame in this dynamic pranayama class inspired by the element of fire. This practice is designed to build tapas - the inner heat that fuels transformation, clarity, and disciplined energy. Through intentional, rhythmic breathing and kriya techniques, we will stoke warmth in the body, activate the core, and awaken a deep sense of inner power and strength.

What we will be working with:

Kapalabhati Pranayama (the breath of fire)
Simha Breath (lion’s breath)
Agni Saura Dauti
Woodchopper Pranayama
Standing Uddiyana Bandha
Bastrika Pranayama (bellows breath)
