Bed Yoga for Deep Sleep

Welcome, lovely. This restorative yoga class is designed to be practiced right in the comfort of your own bed, no yoga mat or props needed.

Through gentle, supported, and effortless postures, we’ll soothe the nervous system, release the day’s tension, and prepare your body and mind for deep, restful sleep.

This is your time to slow down, soften, and let go. Feel free to use your bed pillows or cushions to support your body, comfort is key in this practice.
