Walking Meditation for Presence & Grounding

This 25 minute walking meditation is a deeply grounding practice that combines the action of walking with mindfulness techniques, allowing you to cultivate present awareness in both your body and your surroundings. This meditation is ideally suited to walking outside, however it can be practiced in various environments where there is enough space to walk a short distance comfortably.
